Is it white label?
Yes. Your students and coaches see your name, logo and colour: on your own page (an address such as …/p/your-prep), in the app and on the test screen. You can also use your own address, such as gre.yourprep.com: we tell you the one DNS line to add. A small “Powered by Scaled for Preps” line stays.
How many coaches can we add?
As many as you need, up to 50 staff accounts per organisation. Coaches do not use seats.
Can we move a seat from one student to another?
If a student has not started any work yet (no mock, practice or essay), removing them gives the seat back, so you can give it to someone else. Once a student has started, the seat stays used for its four months.
What happens at the end of a student's access?
After four months, the student can no longer sign in. Their results stay visible to you. You can extend a student by four months with one more seat.
How do we pay?
We send your organisation an invoice for each pack. There is no online payment, and the pilot needs no card.
Where does the content come from?
Every question, explanation and mock was written for the platform on the model of the current GRE format. Nothing is copied from ETS material. 1,404 of the explanations were drafted with the help of AI; anyone can report an error from a question and we correct it.
Is it affiliated with ETS?
No. GRE® is a registered trademark of ETS, which does not endorse this platform.
Do you guarantee a score?
No. The platform gives estimated scores from practice material. Progress depends on each student's work and on your coaching.
In which languages?
The student app and the coach dashboard are in English, like the GRE. This website is in English and French.
How do students join?
With an invitation link (one per student), a class code you share with a group, or a list you paste from a spreadsheet. There is no public sign-up.
Do you send e-mails to our students?
Not yet. You share the link, the code or the temporary passwords with your students yourself.
On which devices?
In any recent browser, on a computer, a tablet or a phone. Nothing to install; students can add it to their home screen.
What happens after the pilot?
You choose a pack and keep everything, or you stop. If you stop, your data stays until you ask us to delete it.
