Who is responsible

For the data of a Client's students and coaches, the Client (the prep school or consultancy) decides why and how it is used: it is the controller, and Mustapha Rayane Belhaj, an individual based in Spain processes it on its behalf (processor). For demo requests sent from this site, and for the Clients' directors, Mustapha Rayane Belhaj, an individual based in Spain is the controller.

What is kept

• Students: name, e-mail address, password (as a salted PBKDF2 hash only), their mocks, practice answers, essays, vocabulary progress, goal, homework status and dates of activity.
• Directors and coaches: name, e-mail address, password (hash only), role, last sign-in.
• Demo requests: name, organisation, work e-mail, country, number of students, message.

Why

To provide the platform to the Client and its students (performance of the contract), to secure it (legitimate interest), and to answer demo requests (legitimate interest; at the request of the person).

How long

Student data is kept while the student is in the Client's organisation, and deleted at once when the Client removes the student or asks for its organisation to be deleted. Demo requests are kept for up to 24 months. Database history at the host is kept for 7 days.

Who receives it

Only Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site and the database (database created in Western Europe; transfers covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses). No data is sold or used for advertising.

Cookies

The site sets only the cookies needed to keep people signed in and to open the content they have access to. The browser also keeps the chosen theme and language. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Students should first contact their prep school, which manages their account; anyone can also write to us through the contact form. You may complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or to the authority of your country.
