Terms of service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
1. The service
Scaled for Preps gives organisations (prep schools, admissions consultancies, the "Client") access to an online GRE preparation platform: a student app (mocks, practice questions, vocabulary, writing) and pages for the Client's directors and coaches. These terms apply between the Client and Mustapha Rayane Belhaj, an individual based in Spain (the "Publisher"), together with the quote accepted by the Client.
2. Seats and access
The Client buys packs of seats. One seat gives one student access for the period stated in the quote (four months by default), from the day the student is added. A seat used by a student who never signed in comes back when that student is removed. Seats left unused stay available until the end of the agreement.
3. Free pilot
A pilot gives a limited number of seats for a limited time, free of charge and without commitment. At its end, students and coaches can no longer sign in until a pack is in place. The Client's data is kept until the Client asks for its deletion.
4. Price and payment
Prices are set in the quote. The Publisher invoices each pack; payment terms are those of the quote. There is no online payment on the platform.
5. The Client's accounts
The Client creates or invites its students and coaches, keeps their sign-in details confidential and makes sure it may share its students' personal data with the Publisher (see the Privacy policy). Students use the platform for their own preparation only and must not copy or redistribute its content.
6. Content
The questions, explanations, mocks and texts are protected works of the Publisher. The Client and its students may use them on the platform during their access. Some explanations were drafted with the help of artificial intelligence; errors can be reported from any question and are corrected. Estimated scores are indications from practice material, not official scores; no score is guaranteed.
7. Availability
The Publisher takes reasonable care to keep the platform available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance is planned outside peak hours where possible.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the Publisher's total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Client for the twelve months before the event. The Publisher is not liable for indirect losses, nor for a student's test result.
9. End of the agreement
The agreement ends when the last seat expires, or earlier by written agreement. Before the end, directors can export their data. On request, the Publisher deletes the Client's organisation and all its data.
10. Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Before any legal action, the parties will look for an amicable solution.
